Record Exec gets Interested in NoManZero
Can't really say too much here for fear of jinxing ourselves but let's just say that a serious music industry type who has offices on more than one continent has expressed interest in NoManZero. Part of this might be due to the fact that our video made by New Tang Dynasty Television called, "Bye Bye CCP" has now been downloaded almost 600 times in less than a month by folk from all around the world! Gotta give a "shout out" to that TV station for doing such a great job on the video. You can download it off our website at www.NoManZero.com. What is really amazing us is that the rate of downloads is still holding steady a month after we put it up on our site.
Washington DC Premiere of NoManZero Video
Yep, a special premiere of our video was held as part of a "Party to End the Party" at very hip Dupont Circle in Washington DC on Sunday October 23rd. This event had a HUGE screen set up for the crowd to view our video along with great acts from the DC area. If you are wondering exactly what a "Party to End the Party" is be sure to visit our website at www.NoManZero.com and click on the Latest News link towards the bottom of the cover page.
Upcoming CD/DVD
We are totally energized by the way the our latest songs are coming out. I know that every band always says this but in this case it's so true. Can't wait to start doing these songs live which we will in around a month or so. Recording in the studio is just about ready to really start picking up speed but that isn't really that much of big deal to most so more on that when we have some product.
Thanksgiving Weekend Blast
Now I have been hearing about how the day before Thanksgiving is one of the biggest party nights of the year. Well, that may be so but the day after certainly should be too after all those muchies and hearing about Aunt Glady's gall bladder operation or whatever else comes up over turkey (By the way, your turkey probably would tell you to go pluck yourself if it had the sense to talk!)
But we will be having the time of our life on the day after Thanksgiving on Friday, And our very special guests sharing the stage with is the so unique act, "Kitty Kitty Bang Bang" who have been making appearances on shows in NYC's Greenwich Village lately. This excellent act features the vocal talents of a lovely Europeon Blond lassy and great musicians including former members of Gargantua Soul (the most renowned CT act of recent times.) The show will be held at the intimate "Testas" club which can be reached 860-628-8509. The club is located just off West Center Street in Southington and a good time is sure to be had by all!!
