But I don't feel like spending $100+ on it. What's a good cheap one? I don't need anything super fancy.

That's pretty interesting. I'm actually thinking of making my own thought. I like the idea of a hard board underneath. But I may check this out too. Thanks.

I just took the bullet and got a new SKB hard shell pedal board. It's nice and closes up like a suitcase. All my pedals were craping out from the abuse of the milk crate... Honestly its the best investment I've made in a while....

Yeah, I ended up building one, I should post some pics of it. It's nothing spectacular, but does the job. I plan on buying an SKB or Furman one when I get some cash.

Yeah, I need to take some pics, but I don't have a digital camera so I'll have to develop and scan them

Anywho, here's the pedal board I made. I left a spot in the upper right hand corner of it to eventually put my wireless reciever:

Thanks, it's actually pretty minimalistic. But I've played a few shows with it and it's holding up better than expected.

Nice work! How does that Whammy treat you? I bought a used one a while back and it turned out to be too noisy for my rig. It's too bad because i loved playing with it....
