Calamity's Child is looking for some new players.
We're a rock cover band with gigs lined up in Westchester and Fairfield. We're looking for some replacements: LEAD GUITAR, BASS & DRUMS. Need good experienced players who know at least the classic rock genre pretty well and are fast learners. Singing ability is a plus. This band takes promotion seriously - we promote heavily on the radio and in the monthly entertainment press, and on the web (note: you would not be asked to contribute to these expenses). The band plays rock covers - stuff from the sixties through today. We like and need people who always want to learn and play new stuff, including B-sides and good songs you wouldn't typically hear a cover band play. We rehearse 1x week, play out 2-3x month. Most importantly, we're looking for good natured and good humored people who can have fun and have a professional attitude.
